Terms of Use

Last updated: 18 July 2026

Welcome to Bloom 🌷

By using Bloom Planner ("Bloom", "the service") you agree to these terms. They're short and written in plain words — please do read them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What Bloom is

Bloom is a personal planner you use in your web browser — for tasks, habits, journaling, moods, vision boards and more. You can use it without an account, or create a free account to sync your planner across devices.

Your content is yours

Everything you create in Bloom — your tasks, notes, journal, dreams and photos — belongs to you. We don't claim ownership of it. You're responsible for the content you add, and for keeping your own backups (use the 💾 Backup button).

Acceptable use

Please use Bloom only for lawful, personal planning. Don't misuse the service — for example, don't try to break, hack, overload or reverse-engineer it, don't use it to store or share illegal content, and don't attempt to access other people's accounts or data.

Availability

We work hard to keep Bloom running smoothly, but there may be occasional downtime for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control. We can't guarantee the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Service "as is"

Bloom is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we're not liable for any loss of data or other damages arising from using — or being unable to use — the service. Because your local data lives in your browser, please keep regular backups.

Third-party services

Bloom relies on trusted providers (such as our hosting, database, payment and AI partners) and may link to other websites. We're not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.

Changes to Bloom & to these terms

We may add, change or remove features over time, and we may update these terms as Bloom grows. If we make significant changes, we'll say so clearly on the website (and by email for account holders, where appropriate) before they take effect. Continuing to use Bloom after changes means you accept the updated terms.
